- 4 large kale leaves and stems
- 2 cups of spinach leaves
- 1 large handful of Italian flat leaf parsley (curly parsley is fine too)
- 1 tablespoon rosemary leaves
- 2 inch piece of ginger
- 1/2 cucumber
- 2 lemons peeled
- 2 cups chopped and peeled pineapple
- Wash ingredients thoroughly.
- Cut all ingredients into the appropriate size for the juicer.
- Juice in the order given.
