All the ingredients in this “shot” have a long history of immune supporting use. Dilute with water if you find it too strong.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 - tablespoon rosemary leaves
  • 2 - inch piece of ginger
  • 2 - inch piece of turmeric
  • 1 - peeled lemon

DIRECTIONS:

  • Juice in order given using juice strainer⁣
  • Stir in the below ingredients:⁣
  • - 2 teaspoons of raw honey⁣
  • - 1 teaspoon of MCT oil or coconut oil - 1 pinch of freshly ground pepper⁣
