Mighty Greens
A clean, green juice with a fresh flavor—ideal for pre-workout hydration. Green apple adds natural sweetness and supports energy production before exercise while cucumber cools and hydrates. Add spinach and parsley for essential minerals, chlorophyll, and iron to support energy metabolism and help reduce inflammation.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 large green apple
- 2 small cucumbers
- 2 cups spinach leaves
- ½ cup parsley
- 1 lime, peeled
DIRECTIONS
- Wash all produce well.
- Chop cucumber, apple, and lime.
- Juice all produce.
- Serve immediately. Enjoy.
