Strawberry Oat Cashew Milk
Strawberries, cashews, and oats blend into a naturally sweet drink that brings back the flavors of classic strawberry milk with a fresh, homemade twist. Strawberries provide vitamin C and antioxidants, while oats and cashews add fiber and healthy fats. Using freeze dried strawberries also provides a strong flavor and vibrant color.
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup rolled oats
- ⅔ cup cashews
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
- ½ cup freeze dried strawberries
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 2 dates, pitted
- 3 cups water
Directions
- Using the Nama M1 Plant-Based Milk Maker, check that the spout cap is closed, then add all milk ingredients into the filter basket.
- Secure the lid and set the blending time to 45 seconds. Press Start.
- Follow prompts to open the spout, after 10 seconds the spin cycle will activate. Once this is finished, your milk is ready.
Notes:
- If you cannot find freeze dried strawberries, add more fresh strawberries.
