Strawberry Swirl Popsicles
A vibrant popsicle with sweet strawberry and creamy coconut-macadamia base. Strawberries provide vitamin C and antioxidants, while macadamia nuts and coconut add healthy fats for a more satisfying, balanced pop. A refreshing option that feels indulgent and nourishing.
Ingredients
- Strawberry Puree
- 2 cups strawberries
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- Creamy Macadamia and Coconut Milk
- 1 cup macadamia nuts
- ⅓ cup shredded dried coconut
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 ½ cups water
Directions
- Place strawberries, lemon juice and syrup into a blender and process until smooth. Set aside.
- Using the Nama M1, check that the spout cap is closed, then place all ingredients into the filter basket.
- Secure the lid and set the blending time to 1 minute. Press Start.
- Follow prompts to open the spout, after 10 seconds the spin cycle will activate.
- Spoon 1-2 tablespoons strawberry purée into each popsicle mold.
- Fill the molds with the macadamia and coconut milk. Swirl gently with a skewer or knife for a ripple effect.
- Cover with lid and insert sticks. Freeze for 6–8 hours or overnight.
- To enjoy, run molds briefly under warm water for a few seconds and gently pull out popsicles frozen.
