Sunshine Smoothie Bowl
Blending is a great way to add more fruits to your diet. INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup ripe pineapple
- 2 cups frozen mango
- 2 small frozen bananas, peeled and chopped
- 2 tablespoons plant-based protein powder, optional
- 1 cup coconut water
DIRECTIONS
- Add all ingredients to the blender.
- Blend on high until reaching your desired consistency.
- Top with raw vegan cacao nibs, granola, fresh berries, coconut chips, or any toppings of your choice. Enjoy.
