We love using beets in our juices as they contain powerful antioxidants and nice amounts of folate which supports the heart and vascular system.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 or 5 - large kale leaves
  • 3 - carrots, leaves removed
  • 1 - red beet root
  • 1 - inch piece of fresh ginger
  • 1 - apple

DIRECTIONS:

  • Wash ingredients thoroughly.⁣
  • Cut all ingredients into the appropriate size for the juicer.⁣
  • Juice in the order given.⁣
