Watermelon Refresher
Watermelon is a cooling, electrolyte-rich fruit, making it an ideal ingredient for hydration either during or post-workout. Combine it with cucumber for added freshness and fluid support. A pinch of sea salt enhances flavor and helps the body retain fluids—replenishing what’s lost through sweat and keeping you hydrated for longer.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled
- 1 lime, peeled
- 3 cups chopped watermelon
- ½ cup mint leaves
- Pinch sea salt
DIRECTIONS
- Chop cucumber and lime into pieces.
- Add all ingredients to the juicer, along with a pinch of sea salt. Juice ingredients.
- Serve over ice, or chilled.
