The combination of vitamin C packed kiwis and lime along with phytonutrient dense chard and spinach makes this juice incredibly nutrient dense. The darker green leaves of chard and spinach contain impressive amounts of vitamins and minerals. We then add hydrating and soothing cucumber along with our digestion supporting fennel. This juice is delicious and deeply nutritious for our body.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 large chard leaves
  • 3 kiwis, peeled
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 fennel bulb
  • 1 lime

DIRECTIONS

  • Wash ingredients thoroughly.⁣
  • Cut all ingredients into the appropriate size for the juicer.⁣
  • Juice in the order given and enjoy!⁣
