    Coconut Almond Iced Coffee

    Inspired by the flavors of Vietnamese iced coffee, this milk offers a light yet creamy coffee base with just the right touch of coconut.

    INGREDIENTS

    • ¾ cup almonds
    • ¼ cup shredded coconut
    • 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup, to taste
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • Pinch salt
    • 3 cups coconut water
    • 4 espresso shots

    DIRECTIONS

    • Ensure the spout cap is securely closed, then place all ingredients into the filter basket.
    • Secure the lid and blend for 1 minute. Press start to begin blending.
    • Open the spout as prompted; the spin cycle will activate after 10 seconds.
    • Once complete, fill 4 tall glasses with ice. Divide the milk between the glasses, then top with espresso. Stir and enjoy!

    Notes:

    • You can also add the espresso shots to the M1 and blend together but adding the espresso on top helps create a more intense flavour that balances really well with the milk.
