Low Sugar Juice
Refresh with Luise Vindahl’s Low Sugar Juice, aimed at maintaining stable blood sugar levels. INGREDIENTS
- 4 ribs of celery
- 1 cucumber
- 1 small cabbage
- 1 lemon
- 6 mint leaves
- 2 - inch piece ginger
DIRECTIONS
- Wash all produce well.
- Peel lemon.
- Add all ingredients to the juicer and enjoy.
