Pistachio Mint Milk
A creamy and refreshing Pistachio Mint Milk creates a delightful twist on classic nut milk, combining the rich nuttiness of pistachios and almonds with the bright, herbal notes of fresh mint. Add a dose of cacao powder for a minty hot chocolate.
INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup almonds
- ½ cup shelled pistachios
- 6-8 large fresh mint leaves
- 2 pitted dates
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Pinch of sea salt
DIRECTIONS
- Using the Nama M1 Plant-Based Milk Maker, add all ingredients to the filter basket.
- Secure the lid and set the blending time to 1 minute. Press Start.
- Follow prompts to open the spout.
Notes:
- Thin Mint Milk, add 2 tablespoons cacao powder and adjust sweetness to taste.
- Minty Matcha, add 2 teaspoons matcha powder.
- Dates can be swapped with 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey.
