Mango Coconut Popsicles
These mango popsicles are creamy, lightly sweet, and full of tropical flavor. Cashews, oats, and coconut create a rich texture, while fresh mango and maple syrup add natural sweetness.
INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup cashews
- ¼ cup oats
- ¼ cup shredded coconut
- 2 ½ cups fresh mango chunks
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups water
DIRECTIONS
- Using the Nama M1 Plant-Based Milk Maker, ensure the spout cap is closed. Add the cashews, oats, coconut, ½ cup of mango, maple, and vanilla to the ingredients into the filter basket.
- Secure the lid and set the blending time to 1 minute. Press "Start."
- Once the blending is complete, follow the prompts to open the spout. After about 10 seconds, the spin cycle will activate.
- Meanwhile, divide the remaining mango chunks among the popsicle molds, pushing some against the sides.
- Once the milk has finished, give the mixture a stir and pour it evenly into popsicle molds. Freeze overnight.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
