    Smooth and subtly spiced, this blend of cashews, almonds, cinnamon, and vanilla creates a plant-based milk that’s comforting and nourishing. Naturally sweetened with dates, it’s rich in magnesium and healthy fats — perfect on its own or added to matcha or coffee for a warming winter latte. Created by our friend Jeanette Velasco Shane.

    INGREDIENTS

    • ⅔ cups of almonds
    • ⅓ cup of cashews
    • 2 dates, pitted
    • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
    • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
    • 3 cups of water

    DIRECTIONS

    • Using the Nama M1 Plant-Based Milk Maker, check that the spout cap is closed, then add all ingredients into the filter basket.⁣⁣⁣
    • Secure the lid and set the blending time to 1 minute. Press Start.⁣⁣⁣
    • Follow prompts to open the spout, after 10 seconds the spin cycle will activate. Once this is finished, your milk is ready to enjoy⁣
