PB Banana Fudgesicles
A rich, chocolatey popsicle made with banana, cacao, and peanut butter. Bananas provide natural sweetness and potassium, while cacao adds antioxidants and peanut butter contributes healthy fats for a satisfying, balanced dessert.
Ingredients
- ¾ cup cashews
- 2 medium ripe bananas, peeled and cut into chunks
- 3 tablespoons raw cacao powder
- 3 tablespoons unsalted smooth peanut butter
- Pinch salt
- 3 cups water
Directions
- Using the Nama M1, check that the spout cap is closed, then place all ingredients into the filter basket.
- Secure the lid and set the blending time to 1 minute. Press Start.
- Follow prompts to open the spout, after 10 seconds the spin cycle will activate. Once this is finished, pour evenly into popsicle molds. Secure lid and insert sticks. Freeze for 6-8 hours or overnight.
- To enjoy, run molds briefly under warm water for a few seconds and gently pull-out popsicles frozen.
Notes:
- Add 1-2 tablespoons of maple syrup if you enjoy a slightly sweeter popsicle
