Sunrise Greens Smoothie
A mood-lifting green smoothie to start the day bright and balanced. INGREDIENTS
- 1 frozen banana, cut into chunks
- 2 seedless mandarins, peeled
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 1-inch piece ginger, peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup coconut water
- ½ cup ice
DIRECTIONS
- Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
