Blueberry Pie Milk
This milk combines the sweet and spiced flavors of blueberry pie in a creamy, refreshing drink. The blend of cashews, pecans, and blueberries, with a hint of cinnamon and cardamom, creates a delicious spring milk perfect for sipping on its own or as a base for your favorite dessert-inspired breakfast.
INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup cashews
- ½ cup pecans
- 1 cup blueberries
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon cardamom
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Pinch of sea salt
- 4 cups water
DIRECTIONS
- Using the M1 Plant-Based Milk Maker, ensure the spout cap is closed, then add all the ingredients into the filter basket.
- Secure the lid and set the blending time to 1 minute. Press Start.
- Follow the prompts to open the spout. After 10 seconds, the spin cycle will activate. Once completed, your milk is ready to enjoy.
Notes:
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup to taste.
- Substitute pecans for almonds.
