Chocolate Pudding Protein Shake
Thick, creamy, and dessert-like, this shake is packed with post-workout nutrients. Silken tofu and nut butter add protein and a rich texture, banana restores glycogen, and raw cacao delivers magnesium for muscle recovery.
INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup almond milk
- ½ cup silken tofu
- ½ large frozen banana, chopped
- 2 tablespoons raw cacao
- 1 tablespoon nut butter of choice
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup ice
DIRECTIONS
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Serve immediately.
Note:
- To make almond milk in the Nama M1, combine 1 cup unsalted almonds, 3-4 cups water, 2 pitted dates, and a pinch of sea salt.
