Apricot Almond Milk
The subtle sweetness and tartness of dried apricots create a light, refreshing milk, perfect for spring. Paired with the mild flavor of almonds and the richness of Brazil nuts, this seasonal blend is both delicious and nutrient-packed.
INGREDIENTS
- 6 dried apricots, halved
- ¾ cup almonds
- 4 pecans
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch sea salt
- 3 cups water
DIRECTIONS
- Using the Nama M1 Plant-Based Milk Maker, check that the spout cap is closed, then add all ingredients into the filter basket.
- Secure the lid and set the blending time to 1 minute. Press Start.
- Follow prompts to open the spout, after 10 seconds the spin cycle will activate. Once this is finished, your milk is ready to enjoy.
Notes:
- When in season, swap dried apricots with 4 ripe apricots, halved and stones removed.
