These popsicles are a refreshing way to cool off on warm days. Blackberries and lemon add a bright, tangy flavor, while macadamia nuts and coconut create a smooth, creamy texture.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ¼ cup + 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- ¾ cup macadamia nuts or cashews
- ¼ cup finely shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Pinch salt
- 2 cups water
DIRECTIONS
- Add the blackberries, lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon of the honey to a blender, and blend until pureed. Set aside.
- Add all the remaining ingredients into the filter basket of the Nama M1 Plant-Based Milk Maker, ensuring the spout cap is closed.
- Secure the lid and set the blending time to 1 minute. Press "Start."
- After blending, follow the prompts to open the spout. Wait about 10 seconds for the spin cycle to activate.
- Once the cycle finishes, stir the mixture well. Pour both mixtures, alternating layers into popsicle molds. Use a butter knife or chopstick to swirl mixtures together slightly. Freeze overnight.
