Sweet October Juice
Apples and pears are the perfect autumn foods with beneficial plant compounds that deliciously mix with vanilla and cinnamon, which help reduce inflammation.
INGREDIENTS
- 3 apples
- 3 pears
- ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
- Wash all produce well.
- Cut all ingredients into the appropriate size for the juicer.
- Add all ingredients to the juicer.
- Serve over ice, or gently warmed. Enjoy.
