Shaken Espresso with Pistachio Creamer
A simple coffee made with real ingredients you can see and control. Fresh pistachio creamer is blended with water, dates, and a pinch of salt for a smooth, naturally sweet base—no added oils or stabilizers. Shaken with espresso, it creates a creamy, balanced drink made with just a few ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 cup pistachios
- 3-4 cups water
- 2 dates, pitted
- Pinch of salt
- 2 shots of espresso, or dark coffee
Directions
- Using the Nama M1 Plant-Based Milk Maker, check that the spout cap is closed, then add pistachios, dates, salt, and water into the filter basket.
- Secure the lid and set the blending time to 1 minute. Press Start.
- Follow prompts to open the spout, after 10 seconds the spin cycle will activate.
- Into a jar, add ice, espresso, and close the lid. Shake until foamy, then pour into a glass.
- Add pistachio milk to taste. Enjoy.
