INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup macadamia nuts
  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 3 cups filtered water

DIRECTIONS

  • Ensure the spout cap is securely closed, then place all ingredients into the filter basket.⁣
  • Secure the lid and blend for 1 minute. Press start to begin blending.⁣
