Vanilla Almond Turmeric Milk
Enjoy this calming anti-inflammatory milk. Almonds create a creamy base rich in minerals, turmeric adds antioxidant benefits, and ginger offers natural warmth. Vanilla and maple bring a sweetness, making this latte a soothing choice for evening unwinding or daily balance.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup almonds
- ½ cup coconut flakes
- 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons ground turmeric
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- 4 cups filtered water
DIRECTIONS
- Using the Nama M1 Plant-Based Milk Maker, check that the spout cap is closed, then add all ingredients into the filter basket.
- Secure the lid and set the blending time to 1 minute. Press Start.
- Follow prompts to open the spout, after 10 seconds the spin cycle will activate. Once this is finished, your milk is ready to enjoy.
