Lavender Honey Matcha Latte
This Lavender Honey Matcha Latte blends the earthy flavor of matcha with floral lavender and sweet honey. Rich in antioxidants and calming properties, it offers a natural energy boost and stress relief, making it a perfect treat for any time of day.
INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup almonds
- ½ cup pumpkin seeds
- 2 teaspoons matcha
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon culinary lavender
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Pinch of sea salt
- 4 cups water
DIRECTIONS
