    Ginger, Mint, and Apple Sorbet

    A light, refreshing sorbet made with honeycrisp apples, lime, ginger, and mint, naturally sweetened and perfect as a digestive cleanser after rich winter or holiday meals.

    INGREDIENTS

    • 2 small limes
    • 4 honeycrisp apples, or another sweet apple
    • 1-inch piece ginger
    • ½ cup fresh mint leaves

    DIRECTIONS

    • Wash all produce well.
    • Peel limes.
    • Cut limes, apples, and ginger into chunks and add to the juicer along with the mint.
    • Juice then pour into ice cube trays. Freeze overnight.
    • Switch out the J2 juice strainer for the Sorbet Attachment, then reassemble the juicer.
    • Close the lid. Turn the juicer on and feed ice cubes through the top hole of the juicer. The sorbet will dispense into the pulp collector.
    • Serve immediately.

    Notes:

    • Apples can be swapped for ripe pears.⁣
    • Feel free to add more ginger for an extra boost of flavor.
