INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1-2 teaspoons maca powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon ground Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons hot water
  • 2 cups oat or other plant-based milk

DIRECTIONS

  • To make homemade almond milk in the J2, start by soaking 2 cups of raw almonds in 3 cups of water overnight. Drain and rinse, then feed 2 cups of almonds with 2 to 3 cups of water through the juicer to make the milk.⁣
  • Whisk together the cacao powder, maca powder, maple syrup, cinnamon, a pinch of salt, and hot water until there are no clumps. Slowly whisk in the almond milk.⁣
  • Pour over ice and enjoy.⁣
Note: You can also use store-bought plant-based milk of your choice. This recipe also does well in the blender to make it extra creamy.
