Tahini Oat Latte Popsicles
This adult popsicle contains caffeine, and you’ll be wowed by the rich flavors of sesame-based tahini mixed with oat milk and espresso. What a way to wake up!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup oats
- 3 shots espresso, cooled
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- ½ cup maple syrup, to taste
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
- 2 ½ cups water
DIRECTIONS
- Add all the ingredients into the filter basket of the Nama M1 Plant-Based Milk Maker, ensuring the spout cap is closed.
- Secure the lid and set the blending time to 1 minute. Press "Start."
- After blending, follow the prompts to open the spout. Wait about 10 seconds for the spin cycle to activate.
- Once the cycle finishes, stir the mixture well and pour it evenly into popsicle molds. Freeze overnight.
Notes:
- Alternatively, to make a shake, freeze the milk in ice cube trays and blend the cubes in a blender for a thick, icy drink.
- Substitute the espresso shots with 2 cups brewed coffee, cooled, and reduce the water by 1 ½ cups.
