Spice Shield Immunity Blend
Mandarins, lemons, and carrots provide vitamin C and beta-carotene for immune support, while apple cider vinegar and honey offer antibacterial properties and natural prebiotics. Ginger and turmeric further boost immunity by reducing inflammation and supporting gut health.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 small mandarins, peeled
- 2 large carrots, peeled
- ½ lemon, peeled
- 1-inch piece ginger
- 1-inch piece turmeric
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- Cinnamon and ground clove, optional
DIRECTIONS
- Wash all produce well.
- Cut all ingredients into appropriate size for the juicer.
- Add all ingredients to the juicer.
- Stir in apple cider vinegar and honey until honey dissolves.
- Divide juice into 2-ounce glasses. Sprinkle with cinnamon and ground clove, if desired. Enjoy.
