Savory Vegetable Cocktail
This savory vegetable cocktail is like a giant salad in a cup. It is a delicious way to get a load of nutrients into your body. We like this juice because it is also a nice way to get the many highly nutritious benefits of parsley. It is full of vitamins K, C, A as well as folate and iron.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 to 2 cups packed spinach
- 2 medium carrots, washed and cut into thirds
- 1 cup packed fresh parsley, leaves and stems
- 1 large red bell pepper, stem and seeds removed cut to easily feed into your juicer
- 2 large celery stalks
- 4 medium sized tomatoes, cut into large pieces
- 1/2 lemon, peel removed
- 2 teaspoons of fresh thyme leaves (optional)
- A sprinkle of sea salt (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
- Wash ingredients thoroughly.
- Cut all ingredients into the appropriate size for the juicer.
- Feed all ingredients through the juicer and enjoy!
