    A blend of fresh citrus juice, carrot, and creamy mango. This nutrient-packed smoothie supports glowing skin, immune health, and overall vitality.     INGREDIENTS

    • 1 medium carrot
    • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
    • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
    • 1 cup Greek or coconut yogurt
    • ½ cup fresh orange juice
    • 1 tablespoon lime juice
    • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
    • ½ cup ice

    DIRECTIONS

    • Wash and coarsely chop carrot.⁣
    • Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.⁣

    Note:
    • Use the J2 citrus attachment to juice the orange and lime.
