ABC Milk
This creamy blend of almonds, Brazil nuts, and cashews is a nourishing multitasker—rich in vitamin E, selenium, and healthy fats. As versatile as it is nutrient-dense, it's ideal for early fall and back-to-school routines, adding a subtle, delicious flavor to overnight oats, porridge, smoothies, baking, or simply enjoyed on its own.
INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup almonds
- 4 brazil nuts
- ¼ cup cashews
- 1-2 dates, pitted, to taste
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Pinch sea salt
- 3 cups water
DIRECTIONS
- Using the Nama M1 Plant-Based Milk Maker, check that the spout cap is closed, then add all ingredients into the filter basket.
- Secure the lid and set the blending time to 1 minute. Press Start.
- Follow prompts to open the spout, after 10 seconds the spin cycle will activate. Once this is finished, your milk is ready to enjoy.
Notes:
- Store milk in the refrigerator in the provided pitcher with the lid, or transfer to an airtight glass jar or bottle. Stir well before use. Keeps for up to 3 days.
