    Watermelon is a cooling, electrolyte-rich fruit, making it an ideal ingredient for hydration either during or post-workout. Combine it with cucumber for added freshness and fluid support.     INGREDIENTS

    • 1 medium cucumber, peeled
    • 1 lime, peeled
    • 3 cups chopped watermelon
    • ½ cup mint leaves
    • Pinch sea salt

    DIRECTIONS

    • Chop cucumber and lime into pieces.⁣
    • Add all ingredients to the juicer, along with a pinch of sea salt. Juice ingredients.⁣
    • Serve over ice, or chilled.⁣
