Herbal Energy Boost
Parsley adds a fresh taste to juice that is most welcome this season. Plus, it marries well with lemon, ginger, apple, and chlorophyll-rich kale.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Italian flat-leaf parsley, or
curly parsley - 1 cup kale
- 2 lemons, peeled
- 1-inch piece ginger
- 1 apple
DIRECTIONS
- Wash all produce well.
- Cut all ingredients into the appropriate size for the juicer.
- Add all ingredients to the juicer and enjoy.
