Triple Berry Daiquiri
Frozen berries act as a substitute for ice, and coconut milk adds creaminess to this alcohol-free daiquiri that still “tastes like a vacation,” but is also good for you. Omit the maple syrup for a more tart flavor.
INGREDIENTS
- 3 limes, peeled
- 2 cups frozen berries
- 1 ½ cups coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
DIRECTIONS
- Wash the limes and juice them.
- Place the berries, coconut milk, lime juice, and maple syrup in the blender carafe.
- Blend until creamy.
- Serve immediately.
Notes:
- To make homemade coconut milk in the Nama M1, combine 1 cup coconut flakes, 3-4 cups water, 2 pitted dates, and a pinch of sea salt.
- If you prefer a creamier texture, use 1 can of full-fat coconut milk.
- Freeze any remaining drink into ice cubes and put a few back into the blender for a delicious treat any time.
