Plant Power Bowl
This smoothie bowl supports post-workout recovery with plant-based protein, fiber, and healthy fats to refuel muscles and sustain energy. With at least 10 plant points and probiotics from yogurt, it also promotes gut and microbiome health—key for digestion, immunity, and overall performance.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 large frozen banana, chopped
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup frozen pink dragonfruit
- ½ cup almond milk
- ½ cup coconut yogurt
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 2 teaspoon maple syrup, optional
TOPPINGS
- High-protein granola
- Fresh fruit
- Hemp seeds
DIRECTIONS
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
- Blend until thick and smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
- Divide into two bowls and top with fruits, granola, and seeds.
- Serve immediately.
