Sesame Strength Milk
A nourishing, protein-rich milk designed for post-workout recovery. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) sesame seeds are valued for supporting strength and bone health. This blend also provides healthy fats, plant-based protein, and minerals like calcium, iron, and magnesium–key nutrients for muscle function and strength.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- ¼ cup oats
- ¼ cup cashews
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup
- Pinch sea salt
- 3 cups ice cold water
DIRECTIONS
- Using the Nama M1 Plant-Based Milk Maker, check that the spout cap is closed, then add all ingredients into the filter basket.
- Secure the lid and set the blending time to 45 seconds. Press Start.
- Follow prompts to open the spout, after 10 seconds the spin cycle will activate. Once this is finished, your milk is ready to enjoy.
Note:
- For best results when using oats, use ice-cold water to improve consistency.
