    A clean, plant-based protein blend made from whole seeds and natural vanilla. Hemp and pumpkin seeds provide protein, while chia and flax add fiber and healthy fats to support energy and satiety. Lightly sweet and easy to customize, it blends seamlessly into smoothies or plant-based milks for an everyday protein boost.

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup hemp seeds
    • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
    • ½ cup chia seeds
    • ½ cup flax seeds
    • ½–1 tsp vanilla powder (or seeds from 1 vanilla bean)
    • Pinch of salt, optional
    • 1–2 tbsp coconut sugar or maple sugar, optional

    Directions

    • Add hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, and flax seeds to a high-speed blender or food processor. Blend until a fine, even powder forms.⁣
    • Add vanilla powder (or scraped vanilla bean), salt, and optional sweetener. Blend again briefly until evenly combined.⁣
    • For a smoother consistency, sift the mixture and re-blend any larger bits.⁣
    • Transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge for freshness.⁣
