    Created by our friend Eva Molenda, this simple DIY powder is a nourishing way to boost your smoothies, bowls, and juices. Made from a mix of hemp, pumpkin, sunflower, chia, and flax seeds, it’s rich in plant-based protein, fiber, and omega-3s to support energy and recovery. Customize it with cinnamon or walnuts for added flavor and nutrients — a wholesome staple for everyday wellness.

    INGREDIENTS

    • ½ cup hemp seeds (hemp hearts)
    • ½ cup raw pumpkin seeds
    • ½ cup raw sunflower seeds
    • ¼ cup chia seeds
    • ¼ cup flaxseeds
    • Cinnamon, optional
    • Walnuts, optional

    DIRECTIONS

    • Add all seeds to a high-powered blender or food processor.⁣
    • Blend until you get a fine powder. You may need to pulse and shake the blender occasionally to prevent clumping.⁣
    • Transfer to an airtight glass jar.⁣
    • Add cinnamon and walnuts, if desired⁣
