Nourishing Little Green
Nothing beats microgreens in the winter for fresh produce and a potent microdose of nutrients. In this drink, they combine with sweet kiwi and lime for a perfect sip.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup microgreens
- 2 kiwis, peeled
- 2 limes, peeled
- 3 stalks celery
- ½ cucumber
- 1-inch piece ginger
DIRECTIONS
- Wash all produce well.
- Cut all ingredients into the appropriate size for the juicer.
- Add all ingredients to the juicer and enjoy.
