Golden Sunshine Smoothie
A blend of fresh citrus juice, carrot, and creamy mango. This nutrient-packed smoothie supports glowing skin, immune health, and overall vitality. Rich in vitamin C to boost collagen production and full of anti-inflammatory ingredients, it’s the perfect winter blend for post-workout nourishment.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 cup Greek or coconut yogurt
- ½ cup fresh orange juice
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- ½ cup ice
DIRECTIONS
- Wash and coarsely chop carrot.
- Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
