Tropical Glow Popsicles
These vibrant popsicles are packed with tropical sweetness and a hint of citrus. Pineapple, orange, and passionfruit bring a bright, tangy flavor, while carrot adds a subtle earthiness.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 small carrot
- 1 orange, peeled
- 2 cups pineapple chunks
- 1 passionfruit
DIRECTIONS
- Wash the carrot.
- Juice all the ingredients except for the passionfruit.
- Stir in passionfruit pulp.
- Pour the juice into popsicle molds, filling them about ¾ of the way.
- Freeze for about 30 minutes, then insert popsicle sticks.
- Continue freezing for about 6 hours (or overnight) until the popsicles are completely frozen. Enjoy!
