          Ruby Red Rosemary Spritz
Give the gift of wellness this season with a homemade mocktail set. Fresh apple, grapefruit, and lemon juice provide vitamin C and antioxidants to support immunity during holiday gatherings, while a touch of rosemary salt and sparkling water make each pour feel festive. Package it with a recipe card for a thoughtful, health-focused gift that’s both homemade and memorable.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 pink lady apples
 - 4 ruby red grapefruits
 - 2 lemons
 - 1 tablespoon agave or maple syrup, optional
 - Sparkling water, to serve

GARNISH
- Rosemary salt rim
 - Rosemary sprig

DIRECTIONS
- Wash the apples well.
 - Peel the grapefruits and lemons.
 - Cut the apples, grapefruits, and lemons into pieces that will fit easily into your juicer.
 - Juice all produce. Taste and add a little agave or maple syrup, if desired.
 - Divide the juice into 4 jars or bottles for gifting. Decorate each bottle with a sprig of rosemary.
 - To serve: rim two glasses with rosemary salt, add ice, and shake the juice well. Divide juice between the glasses, top with sparkling water, and garnish with rosemary.

Note:
- Optional Rosemary Salt: Using a high-speed blender like the Nama C2, blend 1 cup coarse sea salt with 3–4 sprigs fresh rosemary (leaves stripped, about 3–4 tablespoons). Pulse until the rosemary is finely chopped and evenly mixed into the salt. Spread the mixture on a baking tray and let it air-dry for 1–2 hours to remove excess moisture. Store in an airtight jar for up to 2 months.
