Cozy up with this creamy Gingerbread Spice Latte, a plant-based holiday treat. Made with cashews, ginger, cinnamon, maple syrup, and molasses, it blends perfectly with coffee for festive comfort anytime.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 2 cups freshly brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1-2 cups water (use less for a creamier drink)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon molasses (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon dried ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  • Using the Nama M1, add all the ingredients into the chamber.⁣
  • Select 1 minute blend time and press Start. Follow prompts to open spout.⁣
  • Enjoy warm by steaming with the milk wand on a coffee machine, or heat over the stove, then froth.⁣
