Make sure to have the product name, serial number (the serial number should be on a sticker under your product 1-xxxxx-xxx), order number, product delivered date, first and last name, address, and phone number.
If you are missing any information, feel free to reach out to us at support@namawell.com and we can look it up for you.

- If you have any issues with your product under warranty, we can definitely repair or replace that for you. Please reach out to us with your order number, image/video of the issue, and your current shipping address to support@namawell.com.
