Q. Do you ship to P.O. Box addresses?
We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses outside of the United States. Please make sure you are not shipping to a P.O. Box address otherwise as it will be hard for us to update the shipping address once your item has shipped. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out via support@namawell.com.
Q. What is the shipping cost?

Shipping cost will vary depending on your shipping address. Best way to get an estimate is to complete a mock check out with desired shipping address and information. Please note international shipping (including Hawaii and Canada) was recently discounted, and all other shipping costs have not been marked up.

Q. My order says delivered but I don’t see my package?
We are here to help. In our experience with missing packages, most have turned up at a neighbors home, or front office within a week or so. Please also check with your neighbors and front office to see if the courier might have accidentally delivered to the wrong address. Otherwise, we may have to file a claim for you with the courier. Please reach out to us via support@namawell.com with your order number and proof of missing package (security footage, message from the front office, etc.), so we can better assist you.
