We'll send you an email to track your package once it gets picked up by the courier. Please allow them up to 48 hours to submit the initial scan

Q: I paid for expedited shipping but my order hasn't shipped

Please note that expedited shipping fees do not expedite processing time. 

Shipping speeds reflect how long it will take the courier to deliver your package once they have picked it up from the fulfillment center

All J2 orders currently have a processing time of 10-15 business days. 

Replacement parts and Vitality 5800 have a processing time of 1-2 business days. 

You can login to your account to check the status of your order or track your order if it has already shipped

 

Q. My tracking says my package was delivered, but I haven't received it

In our experience with missing packages, most have turned up within a few days.

Holiday rushes, inclement weather, and other factors can all cause delivery delays

To save time couriers will sometimes scan packages as delivered once they are loaded on the delivery truck. Please allow them a couple extra days to deliver it to your door

Please also check with your neighbors and front office to see if the courier might have accidentally delivered it to the wrong address.

If you don't receive your juicer within a week please contact us with your order number, correct shipping address and proof of missing package (security footage, message from the front office, etc.), so we can file a claim and work to get you your juicer ASAP!

Q. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

We ship with FedEx, UPS and DHL so we are generally unable to deliver to US Postal Boxes,

FedEx does offer Smart Post where they will hand off your package to the Postal Service.

If you select this option please note that your FedEx tracking information will not be updated once they've handed it over to the Post Office.

If you haven't received your package within 10 business days you'll want to contact your local Post Office directly for more information. 

Q. What is the shipping cost?

Shipping cost will vary depending on your shipping address. Best way to get an estimate is to complete a mock check out with desired shipping address and information. Please note international shipping (including Hawaii and Canada) was recently discounted, and all other shipping costs have not been marked up.
