Apricot Almond Milk

4 cups

The subtle sweetness and tartness of dried apricots create a light, refreshing milk, perfect for spring. Paired with the mild flavor of almonds and the richness of Brazil nuts, this seasonal blend is both delicious and nutrient-packed.

Ingredients

  • 6 dried apricots, halved
  • ¾ cup almonds
  • 4 pecans
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 3 cups water

Directions

  1. Using the Nama M1 Plant-Based Milk Maker, check that the spout cap is closed, then add all ingredients into the filter basket.

  2. Secure the lid and set the blending time to 1 minute. Press Start.

  3. Follow prompts to open the spout, after 10 seconds the spin cycle will activate. Once this is finished, your milk is ready to enjoy.

Note

When in season, swap dried apricots with 4 ripe apricots, halved and stones removed.
