Bloody Mary Mocktail

The flavorings are chosen for their health benefits – Himalayan sea salt has higher mineral content than table salt and can act as an electrolyte. The chili pepper in the chili powder is nice for the metabolism and as an anti-inflammatory. The cayenne is also anti-inflammatory.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 to 4 ribs of celery (add a few leaves)
  • 1 red bell pepper (seeds and core removed)
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 lime
  • 3 medium/large tomatoes

DIRECTIONS:

  • Juice in order given using juice strainer.⁣
  • Stir in 2 pinches of Himalayan sea salt⁣
  • 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder⁣
  • 1 pinch on cayenne pepper⁣
  • Serve over ice.⁣
Yield: approx. 16 ounces
