    Green Citrus Smoothie

    Nourish your skin from within with this detoxifying and hormone-balancing smoothie. Pineapple offers digestive enzymes that support nutrient absorption, while kale provides essential minerals and sulfur compounds to aid hormone balance. Oranges supply vitamin C, which is crucial for collagen production, and bananas are rich in potassium, helping maintain water balance and providing fiber for gut health. Creamy avocado and hemp seeds are packed with healthy fats, working to reduce skin dryness and inflammation. Lime balances the flavors and adds antioxidants to protect the nutrient-rich ingredients.

    INGREDIENTS

    • 1 cup chopped fresh pineapple
    • 1 cup packed, shredded kale
    • 1 cup fresh orange juice
    • 2 large frozen bananas, sliced
    • ¼ avocado, peeled
    • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
    • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
    • ½ cup crushed ice

    DIRECTIONS

    • Using the Nama C2, add all ingredients to the blender.
    • Blend for 1-2 minutes, or until smooth.
    • Divide between 2 glasses. Enjoy!

    • Pineapple can be substituted with fresh or frozen mango cubes.⁣
