Power Up with this nutrient-dense juice, made by our friend and midwife Luise Vindahl. Kale and spinach provide a healthy serving of fiber, while grapefruit, oranges, and lemons provide vitamin C. Add a cup of berries for an extra boost of antioxidants to fight off oxidative stress and support hormone balance.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 grapefruit
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 cup berries

DIRECTIONS

  • Wash all produce well.⁣
  • Peel grapefruit, oranges, and lemon.⁣
  • Add all ingredients to the juicer and enjoy.⁣
